Stephen Shore is know for taking taking pictures of ordianry everyday things, like arcetecture, landscapes, intersections, fashion, shopping malls, and parking lots. He takes these ordinary things and finds beauty in them by using color. When Shore met Andy Whorhal at a young age he was influenced greatly to take great pictures, and thats exactly what he did.

white

White is a color of perfection, and this white home fun baseball is just that. But with this ball not exactly being fresh and new, it contradicts several of the meaning of the color white, like innocence, purity, and goodness.

Orange

This picture of orange flowers is full of energy and color. The dark green compliments the organe in the flower and symbolizing growth. All the shades of orange bring happiness and remind us of good weather.

Blue

This picture; a can a of light blue paint would give a really fresh clean feel if it were to be on the wall, but the fact that it is driping form the can, I believe it takes away from that feeling a bit.
